Timeline

• June 11, 2026: SKAIA Inc. incorporated in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Head office in Calgary.
• 2026: Foloup product and the public Foloup page published at skaia.ca/foloup, with published CAD pricing and a 30-day design partner pilot.
• October 9, 2026: Bilingual SKAIA Knowledge library published, along with workflow pages for auto repair, auto glass, estimate follow-up and customer reactivation.
• October 14, 2026: Research agenda published, together with guides on AI customer operations, lead follow-up automation and booking automation.

Current stage

Foloup is in pilot-stage delivery: each Foloup pilot covers one workflow. The homepage describes the core as in active build, with the messaging engine in development. The product page describes modules as running. See Current product status for how those statements are reconciled. Any specific workflow is confirmed per deployment before it is promised.

What SKAIA offers today

• A 30-day design partner pilot on one workflow, with a baseline, stop criteria and an outcome report (pricing).
• Installation of Foloup follow-up and booking workflows alongside a business's existing tools.
• Initial focus: auto repair and auto glass businesses in Calgary and across Canada.

Next milestones

• Complete the first measured pilots with Canadian automotive service businesses.
• Publish pilot outcome reports with their period, baseline and denominator, distinguishing observed customer outcomes from founder-reported history.
• Extend the Knowledge library as real customer questions arrive.
