On Who I’ve Become
Henry Kim ·
I build systems that generate customers and revenue.
Not marketing. Not software.
Systems.
I began my career in 2002, building a media production company. I have spent the last 20 years at the intersection of creativity and strategy. Since establishing my marketing and PR agency in 2007, I have successfully delivered over 700 projects for world-class brands including Samsung, Hyundai, and Google, consistently transforming complex challenges into measurable success.
From television to digital, from social to mobile, and now to artificial intelligence, I moved through every major shift in how businesses communicate and grow.
But across all those years, one pattern became clear:
Businesses don’t fail because they lack effort. They fail because they lack systems.
For a long time, technology promised efficiency.
Instead, it created complexity.
More tools. More platforms. More fragmentation.
What businesses needed was never more tools — but a system that connects everything into a single flow that produces results.
Today, that is what I build.
AI-powered systems that:
capture demand, respond instantly, convert into bookings, and drive repeat revenue —
automatically.
In practice, this means:
• consistent daily lead generation • 5x+ high-conversion customer flow • 4x+ revenue growth in applied environments • minimal human involvement
At a cost per lead that remains economically sustainable.
This is not theory.
It is already operating in real businesses.
Through SKAIA, I focus on building infrastructure for independent businesses.
Not dashboards. Not features.
But systems that quietly and reliably run the most critical layer of a business — its customer flow.
I believe we are entering a new era:
Where one person can operate what once required an entire team. Where AI does not replace people — but replaces complexity.
I don’t build apps.
I build systems that generate revenue.
