We Are Witnessing Not the End of Business, But Its Second Birth

When business first emerged, the world was filled with a new order of transactions and profit. We believed those rules would last forever. However, now the greatest innovation in history is before our eyes. People speak of the end of capitalism and tremble with anxiety over the future of labor to be replaced by AI. But this is not merely an end. It is a monumental civilizational shift.

AI is not merely a technological tool. It is a seismic shift. The 'heavy civilization' dominated by massive capital and infrastructure is fading, and a 'light civilization' is arriving, where individuals armed with information, connectivity, and AI can outperform giant corporations. The era of the 'one-person unicorn,' where a single individual creates 1 trillion won in value, is becoming a reality. The familiar formula of labor is no longer valid.

Instead of fear, we must ask fundamental questions. The current transformation is not about making existing methods slightly more efficient. Everything, from the essence of work and the definition of organizations to the role of humanity, must be redefined. The grammar of the past is over. Business is not to be merely modified. Now, it must be completely reborn.
